Meridian Berhad was founded in 1993 and listed in Malaysia since 2002.

Currently, it is mainly operating in 5 segments:

Property Development segment - Development of residential and commercial properties and agricultural lots.
Construction segment - Securing and carrying out construction contracts.
Hotel Operations segment - Hotel operations.
Property Investment segment - Rental collection from investment properties.
Others segment - Business involved in cultivation of oil palm, project management services, building contractor and operation of car park in commercial properties.

Moreover, geographically MERIDIAN only operate in (1) Malaysia.

[My 2 Cents]

I will never touch MERIDIAN due to the following reasons:

Differences in financial results - In R-Table I extract FY2017 financial results in FY2018 Annual Report and similarly to the other financial years. What is weird about MERIDIAN is that for example, FY2017 financial results are shown differently in FY2018 Annual Report as compared with FY2017 Annual Report. Moreover, it did not happen in one or two financial years, the differences happen in most of the financial years from FY2008 to LTM in income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement which is hard to find in its own way.
High Debt with unstable cash flow and profit.
Official website is not even working...
